How a Skyrim Hybrid Mastered This Secret Copywriting Skill

I've taken another week-long hiatus to sink my teeth into yet another gaming masterpiece—but this time, it's a little different…

Because this particular game has completely mastered one of the greatest copywriting & marketing techniques of all time.

A technique SO POWERFUL, it helped a brand-new game from unknown developers, with zero existing fans, completely blow the roof off the gaming world.

And no, the game itself isn’t really a "masterpiece."

  • It doesn’t have Rockstar-level graphics.

  • It doesn’t have an insane budget.

  • It doesn’t even do anything particularly new or exciting.

In fact, the game is pretty clunky. The graphics are shit, the frame rate drops to about 10 fps during every fight, and the story and characters don’t have much emotional depth at all.

On paper, the game should be absolute trash.

Yet it’s blown up, and its rapidly growing fanbase (including me) are absolutely eating it up…

But why?

Well, the game I'm talking about—if you haven’t figured it out already—is Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon.

Or, as the gaming community has started calling it:

Skyrim 2.0.

Why are we calling it Skyrim 2.0?

Because Tainted Grail has literally copy-pasted the exact playbook Skyrim used to rise to the top and become universally considered one of the greatest games ever made.

They copied everything, to the point where it genuinely feels like we're playing the sequel to Skyrim—a game we’ve been desperately starved of for over 14 years (still waiting).

Which got me thinking…

Did one of their employees hack me?

Because believe it or not, I use the exact same tactics to create some of my best-performing copy:

Stealing (sorry—"borrowing") successful stuff other writers have written, putting my own spin on it, and watching the numbers skyrocket.

Exactly like Tainted Grail just did.

And clearly, it works.

But here’s the thing: there’s also a VERY particular way you can trigger that powerful sense of longing when adapting other people’s copy. It’s the same way Tainted Grail tapped into our desperate desire for a Skyrim sequel.

And when you learn how to pull that emotional string, your copy won’t just convert—it’ll generate a ridiculous amount of sales for your clients, and a fat stack of bonuses, commissions, and referrals for yourself.

All of this is covered in-depth inside The Legacy Formula. And for the next 4 weeks, I'm trialling a different approach to coaching:

Instead of 3 weekly calls that many of you can't always attend, I'll be available for coaching 7 days a week, hanging out daily in the Discord voice channels—meaning you can pop in and chat with me whenever suits you best.

Fair warning, though: I’m only trialling this coaching format for a few weeks.

I’ve got a feeling it might quickly become overwhelming to manage, so jump on board today to get maximum value before I change my mind.

P.S. Don't think because I'm taking weeks off work that it's a standard you can copy.

I didn't have a day off for 12 months. Its only now that I'm making 15k per month that I can relax and treat myself to these spontaneous breaks from work.

And you can too, but only after you put in the work.

Work hard, play harder.
